Refund policy

At VillainsinHeaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

All sales are final, except in the following cases:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If the product is missing, damaged, or never delivered.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order and no alternative is available.

In case of missing or damaged products, we may offer to ship out an updated product before issuing a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund in case of abuse of our policies or suspicious activity.
